Candlelit, slow and quiet. Long-held supported shapes for letting go of the week, one evening at a time.
Yin is the counterweight to everything else on the timetable. A handful of shapes, held for minutes at a time, supported by props and candlelight. There is nothing to keep up with and nothing to get right; the work is in the staying still.
New to Yin, or wondering why anyone would hold a pose for five minutes? The guide to Yin at The Loft explains what it is and why slow works. And if even Yin sounds too much like doing something, Yoga Nidra is rest all the way down.
The next two weeks of Yin. Booking opens 7 days ahead, so further-out dates unlock as they come into the window.
No Yin dates in the next two weeks
The schedule rolls forward as new dates are released. The full timetable has everything that is on.
Especially then. The shapes are supported, the room is candlelit, and there is nothing to achieve. Many people find it the easiest place all week to let go, precisely because nothing is asked of them.
